Prerna Dave, RMT

Prerna Dave is a highly skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with professional training from Oxford College. She possesses an in-depth understanding of human anatomy and therapeutic techniques, allowing her to develop personalized treatment plans that promote healing and overall well-being.

With extensive experience in addressing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, Prerna specializes in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and relaxation techniques to aid in injury recovery, chronic pain management, and improved mobility. She is committed to delivering evidence-based care by integrating manual therapy with rehabilitative exercises to achieve optimal results.

Isha Trivedi, PT

Ms. Isha Trivedi is a dedicated physiotherapist with over seven years of experience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and a Canadian degree in Fitness and Health Promotion.

Specializing in complex musculoskeletal conditions, she uses advanced techniques like Acupuncture & Dry Needling to ensure effective recovery and optimal results for every patient.

Dainita

Danita Hibbs, MSW, BSW, RSW

Danita Hibbs is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), authorized to provide counselling and psychotherapy in Ontario. She holds a Master of Social Work degree, a Bachelor of Social Work with a Minor in Indigenous Studies, and a Social Services Worker diploma.

With over 20 years of experience in the helping professions, Danita has worked in private practice, community mental health, correctional services, and with Indigenous communities. She has also done work with the Indigenous Person’s Court and has extensive training in trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based approaches, and compassion-focused therapy, and continues to advance her skills through ongoing professional development. Dialectical
Behavioural Therapy (DBT) is also something Danita is trained in and is able to offer.

Her practice emphasizes client-centered and strength-based approaches, providing evidence-informed care to individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, grief, and relationship concerns.

Danita is committed to fostering a safe and respectful therapeutic environment grounded in professional integrity, compassion, and cultural sensitivity.
